Years of yoyo dieting create a malnourished internal landscape – making it harder to lose weight.

When overweight or obese, the increased size and the increased number of our fat cells results in poor blood flow throughout our bodies.

Medical Conditions

Some medical conditions can make it harder to lose weight such as: hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid gland), Cushing’s syndrome, testosterone decline in men and women, increased estrogen in men, decrease estrogen in women, severe depression, fatigue and exhaustion.
