Direct purchases of recommended supplements and foods from Sally T. are available, with the option to request a quote or invoice.

Initial Follow Up Consultation:

Price: R750.00
Duration: ±30 minutes
Eligibility: Within 10 days post-initial consultation
Coverage: Most Medical Aids accepted

This follow-up session with Sally Tarlton, registered dietitian, is designed to occur 7 to 10 days after starting the treatment protocol. Sally will assess your health progress, discuss the results from the follow-up questionnaire, and analyze blood tests to fine-tune your dietary plan and supplements.

Adjustments will be made to optimize health restoration and vitality. Future consultations can be arranged to ensure continued support on your health journey.

The Sally T. Methodology incorporates blood tests, vitamins, minerals and other nutraceuticals together with a personalised eating plan.

Consultation Fees

First Office Consultation: R1 300.00 – duration ±1 hour
First Online Consultation: R1 550.00
Second Office Consultation: R750.00 – duration ±30 minutes
Second Consultation and all other online follow-ups: R940.00
Office Follow-ups: R690.00 – duration ±15 minutes
Online Follow-ups: R699.00 – duration ±15 minutes

Medical Aid & Additional Costs

Consultation fees and qualifying blood tests may be claimed from your medical aid, subject to your medical aid plan and available benefits.

Please note that the cost of vitamins, minerals and other nutraceuticals is not covered by medical aids. Before completing any blood tests, please confirm with your medical aid that the tests will be covered.

Sally Tarlton is contracted out of medical aid schemes. Consultation fees are therefore payable by you at the time of your appointment. It is your responsibility to submit consultation fees and applicable blood test costs to your medical aid for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

New appointments: Please cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Follow-up appointments: Please cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Please note: If you do not arrive for your appointment or fail to cancel within the required notice period, the full consultation fee will be charged.
